Beautiful Morning French Toast
2 duck eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 t vanilla
1/8 t cinnamon
6 slices bread (cinnamon swirl bread packs a sweet punch)
Mix together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Dip bread into mixture ensuring that both sides are well coated.
Use a dab of oil or butter to coat a frying pan on medium heat. Place bread in pan until first side is golden brown. Flip and continue to cook until second side is golden.
Enjoy with maple syrup, ice cream, strawberries or whatever your hearts desire!
3-Ingredient PB Cookies
2 beaten duck eggs
Single pie crust
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 t salt
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 T all purpose flour
Fillings of your choice (some fillings such as onion or meats may need to be cooked before adding)
Line pie tin with pastry crust, gently press a layer of foil onto the crust
Bake in over at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake until pastry is dry, approximately 3-5 minutes
Stir together eggs, milk, salt and nutmeg.
Toss cheese and flour together add along with fillings to the egg mixture and stir.
Pour into baked pastry shell and bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Deliciously Deviled Eggs
6 hard cooked duck eggs
1/4 cup salad dressing or mayo
1 t yellow mustard
1 t vinegar
Dash each of salt, pepper, paprika
Halve the eggs and place yolks in a small bowl
Mash yolks with a fork
Add salad dressing, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well with blender for creamy filling or fork for chunkier filling
Spoon mixture into egg white halves.
Sprinkle with paprika
